Disable System Restore (ME)

How To Disable
System Restore

Although it is not recommended, you can disable System Restore. To do this:

     1. In Control Panel, choose System .
     2. Choose the Performance tab.
     3. Choose the File System button.

     4. Choose the Troubleshooting tab.
     5. Choose the Disable System Restore check box.

     6. Choose Apply and then OK.
     7. Restart your computer when prompted.

Note: To re-enable System Restore, just do the reverse.
